Assistant Property Manager |
Property Managers are responsible for the overall management and operation of the property, including marketing, leasing, maintenance, compliance and resident relations. The Property Manager also directs and supervises the other on-site employees. |
Assistant Property Managers assist in all functions of property management, marketing and resident relations. They are primarily responsible for leasing apartments, processing applications and performing general administrative functions related to the management office. |

Maintenance Technician |
Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overall maintenance and repair of the physical aspects of the property, including heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, unit turnovers, and grounds maintenance. Maintenance Supervisors are also directly involved in maintaining positive resident relations. |
Maintenance Technicians assist in all functions of maintaining and repairing the physical property including unit turnovers. |
